1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any software, application, or website operated by Norionsoft OÜ ("Norionsoft", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to EXTRASAFE, EXTRAWALLET, text2qr, and wallet2qr (collectively, the "Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.

2. Nature of Services

Norionsoft develops secure communication software, privacy technologies, and non-custodial blockchain software tools. Norionsoft does not custody customer assets and does not provide regulated financial services.

Our blockchain-related Products are non-custodial software tools that allow users to interact with public blockchain networks directly. Users retain sole control and responsibility over their private keys, seed phrases, and digital assets at all times. Norionsoft never has access to, or control over, user funds or private keys.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Products. By using the Products, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, and any other credentials used with the Products.
• Any transactions or actions taken using the Products.
• Ensuring your use of the Products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Maintaining the security of your devices and accounts.

Norionsoft cannot recover lost private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. Loss of these credentials may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Products to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Products are the property of Norionsoft OÜ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Products without prior written consent from Norionsoft.

7. Privacy

Norionsoft is committed to user privacy. Our Products are designed with end-to-end encryption and zero-knowledge architecture where applicable. We minimize data collection and do not sell user data to third parties. Specific privacy practices may vary by Product and are described in each Product's respective privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Norionsoft does not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Norionsoft OÜ and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of digital assets, data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Products.

10. Third-Party Services

The Products may interact with third-party blockchain networks, protocols, or services. Norionsoft is not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

11. Modifications

Norionsoft reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
